Damarious Randall cleared from concussion protocol, will play vs. Ravens

Browns coach Freddie Kitchens had some good news on the crowded injury front on Wednesday. During his press conference, Kitchens confirmed that starting safety Damarious Randall has cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol and is a full go for practices.

Randall has missed the last two weeks with the brain injury. He did play in the Week 1 loss to the Tennessee Titans but was not at his best. It is unclear when Randall suffered the concussion.

Eric Murray and Juston Burris have played capably in Randall’s absence, but it will be great to have the veteran roaming the back end of the Browns defense when the team travels to Baltimore for the Week 4 matchup with the Ravens.
