Damar Hamlin and his family cheered the Bills on from a suite and NFL fans loved to see it

Nearly three weeks after Damar Hamlin collapsed from cardiac arrest during a Buffalo Bills-Cincinnati Bengals primetime game, the Buffalo safety has been on the mend. After spending time in the hospital recovering, he rejoined his teammates just about a week ago in the middle of their emotional playoff run.

With the Bills taking on the Bengals in a rematch in the AFC divisional round on Sunday, Hamlin and his family were special guests during a beautiful snow game in Buffalo’s stadium. When Bills’ team cameras (and the CBS broadcast) panned to Hamlin in a suite, he was heartily cheering his teammates on while also expressing love for the Buffalo faithful:

After his scary collapse, I don’t think words can properly describe how awesome it is to see Hamlin happy and healthy as he tries to give his Bills teammates a hearty boost. All that’s clear is that it is undoubtedly so much bigger than football.
