Dalry's The Clachan Inn named best pub by CAMRA for the second year running

A Dalry pub has been named the best in Dumfries and Galloway.

The Clachan Inn scooped the main prize at the CAMRA Pub of the Year Awards for Dumfries and the Stewartry for the second year running.

It also took the prize for the Stewartry section which it won in 2014, 2016 and 2018.

The Clachan will go on to the regional CAMRA heats to select a Scottish winner. Competition will include the Robert the Bruce in Dumfries which was named the region’s best cider pub.
