Dali, Picasso and Warhol paintings on sale as world's largest online art auction fundraises for six charities

Paintings by Andy Warhol, Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Jeff Koons are up for sale as the world’s largest online art auction has been launched in aid of those affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

Founded by Bundeep Singh Rangar, Art&Co, which has a collected auction value of £1.65 million, contains artworks by 33 artists, from famous names to relative unknowns ranging from £1,000 to £36,000.

Every sale will raise money for six causes that help with both the immediate and indirect effects of the virus, including illness, isolation, domestic violence and mental health: ICU steps, Khalsa Aid International, Painting Our World In Silver, The Care Workers Charity, Solace Women’s Aid and Za Teb.

The artworks are split into lots including Identity, Spirituality & Community, Colour & the Classics and the Figure. Among the artists with work on sale is Sola Olulode, who was shortlisted for the Evening Standard Art Prize in 2018.

There is also the opportunity to enter a prize to meet one of the artists once it is safe to do so.

The collection can be seen and bids made at artandco.net
