Dalbeattie Primary pupils receive certificates after competing in the Scottish Primary Schools Floor and Vault Competition

Certificates were recently presented at Dalbeattie Primary to four gymnasts who competed at the Scottish Primary Schools Floor and Vault Competition in Perth.

Eva Swanston, Sophie McRobert, Abbie Millar and Lily McCubbin trained hard for the tournament and represented their school extremely well, coming 13th out of 23 teams at level two.

Thanks go to Mrs Duncan and Amy Bradbury for coaching the girls and attending the event in Perth.

Thanks also to parents and grandparents for transporting the team to the competition and for the support on the day.
