Dalbeattie folk were out in force on Saturday to support the town’s Christmas lights.
The organisers held a coffee morning and were delighted to raise £825.
As well as a good turnout of customers, a dozen traders also set up various stalls.
The big switch-on will take place on Friday, December 6, with the High Street shut from 4pm.
