The National Lottery are urging players who bought a Quick Pick Daily Million lotto ticket to check their tickets carefully as a player has won €1 million in last night’s draw.
While the store where the ticket was purchased is yet to be announced, the lucky winner bought the ticket in Roscommon and is yet to claim their cash.
The life-changing win is the third €1 million ticket sold so far in the Daily Million game so far this year.
The winning Quick Pick player bought a ticket with randomly selected numbers: 01, 05, 08, 11, 13, 32 and the bonus 03.
Daily Million draws take place twice a day, seven days a week at 2pm and 9pm and hopeful players can be in with a chance to win with the purchase of a ticket as cheap as €1.
The National Lottery says that “nearly 30 cent of every €1 spent on National Lottery games goes back to Good Causes, donations to the areas of sport, youth, health, welfare, education, arts, heritage and the Irish Language.”
“In 2020 alone, €254 million was raised for local Good Causes in communities across Ireland.”
If you happen to be the lucky winner, be sure to sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a safe place until you can contact the National Lottery prize claims team and collect your million.
A National Lottery spokesperson said: “One lucky Daily Million player in Roscommon has become the third Daily Million top prize winner of the year after scooping €1 million in last night’s 9pm draw.”
