When it comes to dating, it's important to get to know a person before judging them on their outward appearance. But one 54-year-old man says he will not consider speaking to any woman who doesn't meet his strict requirements.
Taking to Facebook, he shared a status outlining exactly what he wants in a woman - from their age range, weight, height, and hobbies. However, he has been slammed for his "disturbing" demands, as users urge women to stay well away from him and others with similar mindsets.
His post reads: "I am a 54-year-old newly divorced Christian man. I am 6ft 3, 14 stone and in excellent shape. I own my own home and two new cars and I have a very good job.
"I am looking for an 18 to 25-year-old godly woman who wants to start a family. You must be under 120 pounds (8.5 stone) and no taller than 5ft 5."
Despite having three children himself, he expects his future wife to be a virgin who is willing to watch over his children.
"No tattoos, piercings and does not smoke or drink," he added. "You must be a virgin. I bring a lot to the table and you must be willing to love kids. I have three."
When it comes to looks, he demands the woman to be a 7/10 or higher - and has asked them to send in pictures alongside a short message so he can decide whether they're worth his time.
Outraged, social media users quickly condemned the man for his "disturbing" dating requirements, with one saying: "He is old enough to be her grandfather and he demands a virgin".
Another user added: "I would love to see a photo of him."
A third user said: "Is he aware that there's plenty of guys without his baggage 30 years his junior competing for the same ladies offering the same things - prime physical condition and a future that doesn't immediately start with decline."
One more user added: "I have never been happier to be 5ft 10, 170lbs with tattoos and piercings."
