In the 40 second clip, her dad, Richard Gomersall, can be heard saying: "Please…I don’t want to be like this. I’m 56, look at me, wearing teddy bear pyjamas," as he opens their front door.
When Megan asks if he bought them himself, he replies: "No I didn’t buy them myself, you made us wear them. Ridiculous. I look ridiculous. Like a s*** present."
Megan made a name for herself on the popular social media site during the coronavirus pandemic, creating hundreds of amusing videos taking the mickey out of her dad.
Other videos include the father and daughter working out together, learning viral dances, and trying out a variety of hilarious trends and crazes on the platform.
Speaking to the M.E.N, her dad Richard said: "She cheered millions up during lockdown with her posts, merely taking the mick out of me! Her dad.
"I honestly believe if her TikToks were on TV in little short bursts, then the nation would be smiling much much more and that's just what we need.
"She only started doing them to cheer herself up and others up during Covid and the reaction has been unreal and has helped many people judging off their comments which is wonderful!"
