'I'm coming to your house to burn it down with the baby in it': dad's chilling words to mum of his child
A dad told the mum of his 10-month-old daughter: "I'm coming to your house to burn it down with the baby in it."
Francis Casey threatened to "smack in" the heads of his ex-girlfriend and their baby in a series of vile voicemails.
The 30-year-old blamed stalking her and sending abusive messages on a three-month drink and drugs bender.

But a judge said he was trying to "minimise" what he had done to his victim, who was left "petrified".
Liverpool Crown Court heard Casey and the woman, who the ECHO has chosen not to name, split up in November.
Christopher Hopkins, prosecuting, said she described how the last few months of their relationship "became physically abusive".

Boarded up pub next to tourist hotspot goes up for sale
A boarded-up pub in Merseyside next to a busy beach has been offered to companies from across the country.
The Sands in Ainsdale was once a busy pub full of locals and daytrippers but is now an empty building boarded up by the council.
It has now been announced that Sefton Council is keen to offload the building.

The local authority has said that it is set to offer both local and national companies the opportunity to invest in the former pub building.
Located next to the entrance to Ainsdale beach, the site has been earmarked for potential regeneration.
The planned sale of the site comes after the council has received a lot of public interest in the site and says the timing complements the Marine Lake Events Centre construction as well as the ongoing improvements being made to the Ainsdale-on-Sea gateway.

Mum, 34, with pins and needles diagnosed with rare tumour
A mum of two who was diagnosed with an incredibly rare form of brain cancer which is only ever seen in younger children faces an unclear prognosis.
Katie Flynn, 34, from Bootle, had been unwell for a number of weeks before she received her diagnosis in December 2021.
Earlier in 2021, she began to suffer from a variety of symptoms - she had pins and needles in her arms and legs and was fatigued.

A number of trips to various hospitals led to many scans, which struggled to identify the illness.
However, in the week before Christmas, Katie was diagnosed with an Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor (ATRT) - a tumour on the primary central nervous system.
ATRTs begin in the brain or spinal cord are classed as grade IV tumours, which means they are a malignant and fast growing form of cancer.
