A dad who was left covered in his own urine and rushed to intensive care after a violent gran and her family subjected him to a "frenzied attack " has had to leave his home.
Charlie Rudkin, 27, was stamped on, kicked in the head and punched in the savage beating on a street.
and mistaking the victim for someone who'd had a bust-up with her teenage son.
She was sentenced to 12 months in jail after admitting assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH).
But speaking to Hull Live , Mr Rudkin has blasted the punishment. Her husband, Michael, and son, Joe George, were spared jail.
"It's not long enough," the father said today.

"Joe, the young lad, really didn’t have a lot to do with the assault if I’m honest with you, but I believe both her and her husband should have gone to jail - I don’t believe that just Tammy should have done."
And Mr Rudkin said he is moving from his home in Hull because he is "fed up with what people are saying".
He added: "This assault has deeply affected me every day since it happened in every part of my life.
"I'm not the same person I once was, and can't understand how or why this has happened. I would like to see the people responsible punished; not only for what they did, for how they have made me feel.

"I’ve moved off the estate to get away from them and now I’m moving out of the city because I don’t want to be in the city any more. I’m fed up of everything people are saying."
Michael Goodfellow was given a suspended sentence for ABH.
Mr Rudkin said: "To go behind somebody and choke somebody like that and keep hold of them while they’re unconscious, why have they been lenient with him? Because he’s got to look after two children?

"Well I’m sorry but I’ve got four children and four step-children and they could have been without me if it wasn’t for the paramedics and police.
"Why should they be so lenient on him when it could have been so drastic for my kids? My partner was sat at my bedside, three months pregnant, not knowing if I was going to live or not.
"I can feel at ease because I know something has been done about it now, but for the past year and a half I’ve walked my children to school and they’re stood there smiling at me as if they’ve done nothing wrong."

Mr Rudkin was left unconscious after the attack in June last year.
His then pregnant partner thought he was dead when she saw him at the scene in Hull.
A barefooted Tammy Goodfellow had kicked him and dragged her husband and son into the attacks.
Graphic CCTV was shown at Hull Crown Court highlighting the shocking violence, which lasted for minutes.
Tammy Goodfellow had eight previous offences on her record, including two of ABH and a common assault. Her husband had one conviction for drink-driving.
