D. K. Metcalf says Redskins taught him about his game in NFL combine meet

Every so often, NFL scouting combine meets between teams and prospects make negative headlines because of the questions the former lobs at the latter.

Not this time.

D. K. Metcalf says the Washington Redskins actually taught him a bit about what showed up on his film:

That’s a new one.

Interestingly enough, Metcalf is actually a solid Redskins target on draft day. He went viral for a shirtless photo, but more importantly, he put up 12 touchdowns over the last two seasons, averaging 16.6 or more yards per catch over the same span.

In the end, both parties might benefit from the Redskins teaching Metcalf even more about the game. The Redskins need all the help they can get at wideout after struggling to find an answer in the draft or via free agency lately.
