A cyclist has died and another man has been arrested after a hit-and-run in east London.
The victim has been named as Jay Kristiansen, 31, from Romford.
Police were called at around 3am on Friday to reports of a crash involving a car and a bike on Romford Road.
Mr Kristiansen was taken to hospital in a critical condition. He died the following day.
A man in his 20s has now been arrested on suspicion of failing to stop at the scene and causing death by dangerous driving.
He has been released on bail until late August.
