The 15-year-old was involved in the collision on Tuesday, January 27, afternoon at around 4.30pm in Hawthorn Grove, Bromley.

Police officers and the London Ambulance Service rushed to the scene and took the boy to a major trauma centre in London.

The LAS said they sent paramedics, a clinical team manager, a clinician in a response car, an incident response officer and London’s air ambulance to the incident.

He is still in hospital in a “life-threatening condition”.
