Tullamore to Nenagh- April 28
Nenagh to Limerick- April 29
Limerick to Listowel- April 30
Listowel to Killarney- May 1
Killarney to Mallow- May 2
Mallow to Cashel- May 3
Cashel to Kilkenny- May 4
Kilkenny to Kildare May 5
Kildare to Dublin- May 6

The cyclists will be relying on the good Samaritans who have offered to use their homes as homestays, offering deserved restbite from the gruelling cycle.
