A Dalmatian puppy can't get enough of her favourite movie where the characters look just like her.
Little Dottie has become obsessed with the 1961 Disney classic 101 Dalmatians.
A clip of her intently watching the film has been melting hearts on the video sharing app Tiktok, the Daily Star reports.
The tiny pup fits right in with the dogs as she watches a scene where Perdita, Pongo and the pups are watching a Kanine Krunchies advert, jumping up at the TV for a closer look in the adorable TikTok video.
She fits right in with the film's dogs, Lucky, Rolo, Patch and Freckles - and even has a suitable name to match.
The clip, from @ktencarp, has since gone viral with more than 1.5million views.
But it wasn't just the puppy's antics that had people interested.
Viewers were quick to notice that Dottie’s owners were watching the film through a VHS player, which was also sat next to a retro gaming console.
One said: “101 Dalmatians, an N64 and a VCR… What year is it? Have I time travelled?”
Another said: “Cute dog - but N64 and Super Nintendo?!”
They also couldn't get enough of the 102nd Dalmatian, with one adding: “It would only make sense that that’s her favourite movie.”
Dalmatians as a breed gained popularity after the release of the film in 1961, almost doubling in registrations from 791 to 1,549 between 1959 and 1963, according to The Kennel Club.
By 1968, it was the 16th most popular breed, rising to number 13 in 1996 when the live action remake was released, reaching nearly 4,000 annual registrations.
The Kennel Club said: “The dotted dogs remained in the top 20 most popular breeds in the UK until 2004 when numbers began to slip, much to the relief of Dalmatian breed rescue volunteers who see first hand the repercussions of a puppy sale that goes wrong.”
The club raised concerns in May as Cruella was released, worried there would be another spike in the number of Dalmatians registered after being seen on the big screen once more.
Bill Lambert, spokesperson for The Kennel Club, said: “We often see trends for certain dog breeds fluctuate as a result of what people see in films or on television and the Dalmatian, an elegant breed that can turn heads in its own right, is certainly no exception.
“Whilst they can make wonderful pets when raised in the right environment, they can be too much of a handful for some, especially when there are 101 of them!
:Although Pongo and Perdita lived in a townhouse in London, in reality these breeds are much more suited to a larger living space with access to a garden.”
