Dogs are just the best, aren't they? They're cute and fluffy, get us out of the house to exercise and love cuddles.
And they also do the funniest things - like trying to sit on their owner's lap, even though they're far too big.
One little pooch has become a big hit with his local community in Leeds because of his own little quirk, which is all to do with his tongue.
Bear, the four-year-old Pomeranian Shih Tzu mix, always has his tongue sticking out of his mouth.
His owner, Alexander Coy, says he first noticed this when the little pup was just six months old.

"It happened really quickly," the counselling therapist told Mirror Online.
"It was odd really, because at six months his tongue really did just protrude out the entire time."
Alexander took Bear to the vets to find out what exactly was going on - and even the experts were baffled by the dog's tongue.
He continued: "The vets assured me that it was not a medical concern or issue in anyway, but equally, could not really explain why it occurred for Bear."

While it's nothing for the dog owner to worry about, he claims there is one problem the dog often faces because his tongue is sticking out.
"His tongue gets dry so he needs little sips of water to moisten it particularly on longer walks as things do often get stuck to it," Alexander explained.
"It does not cause him any discomfort though and just makes him look like he is sticking his tongue out at you the whole time!
"Very cheeky."
He added that Bear doesn't have any trouble when it comes to eating food or drinking - if anything, he loves his food "too much".
"He’ll stand on his back legs and do a little dance for food."
Awww, sounds adorable!
Bear is described as being the "sweetest natured dog" by his owner, like a "perfect little teddy bear" - which is what inspired his name.
And while he doesn't have a major Instagram following yet, as Alexander has been too busy to work on an account, one could be in the works very soon.
