A colleague had a call the other day. He works from home and as luck would have it, he was out and his wife answered the phone to this communications professional. No, he's not in, she said. No, I'm not sure where he is or when he'll be back.
Communications professional promptly gives colleague's wife a mouthful.
On his return, colleague is understandably annoyed at people treating his wife like dirt. So he calls back.
"Oh, sorry if I upset your wife," says communications professional. "I thought she was your PA."
