Tech retail giant Currys has launched huge discounts on Google Home Mini and Philips Hue started kits .
The money-saving bundles are now £69.99, reduced from £159.99 - a massive £90 saving for shoppers who want to kit our their house with these smart home essentials and are available to buy online at currys.co.uk or in store.
Each bundle comes with a Google Home Mini speaker, normally worth £49 but on sale for £24, and a Philips Hue ambiance bulb starter kit, worth £120 but on sale for £109.
Shoppers have the choice of picking coloured or white bulb starter kits and there are a choice of colours for the mini speaker featured in the deal.
To buy both items separately would set customers back £159.99 (or £123 in the sale), so it is still a worthwhile offer for shoppers who are planning to pick up some smart home accessories anyway.
The Google Home mini speaker offers plenty of useful functions, from setting up reminders and scheduling appointments using the Google Assistant to connecting to other smart home devices like the range of Philips Hue bulbs.
By setting up both devices users can change lighting settings around their entire home using voice commands via their speaker.
