Currys has launched a pre-Black Friday sale with discounts on over 600 items.
The price drops include Shark vacuum cleaners, Lenovo laptops and Sony Bravia TVs as the high street retailer prepares for sale season.
The sale is not officially a Currys Black Friday sale. Instead it has been labelled Currys 'Amazing Deals' but many of the discounts will be similar to those that will be introduced around 27 November, when other retailers such as Amazon launch their own Black Friday discounts on tech and gaming devices.
The deal includes 30% off many products and runs until 4 October, according to Currys.
The discounts have been split into several categories; large appliances, small appliances, TVs, computing, and smart tech and audio.
The highlights of the computing section of the sale include laptops, where 36 of the 58 deals are for discounted laptops including brands such as Lenovo and HP. Elsewhere there are over 50 TVs for sale including Samsung and Sony, as well as washing machines, toasters, kettles and other homeware.

Dyson very rarely reduced its vacuum cleaners and rival Shark has found a spot in the market by constantly offering deals and discounts for Black Friday and other big shopping periods. Pet owners will be able to get £120 off the Lift-Away version of the Shark vacuum in the Currys sale, which represents the lowest price you can buy it.
NESPRESSO by Magimix Vertuo Plus M600 Coffee Machine - (£69 down from £179)
The Nespresso coffee machine is never actually £179. You can get it for £100 from John Lewis and £79 for Very but Currys has cut the price down to £69 and that is the cheapest on the market. It's just a pity the pods can get quite expensive.
SONY HT-SF200 2.1 All-in-One Sound Bar - £129 (down from £149)
It is not a huge discount on the Sony HT-SF200 2.1 but it's one of the few places you can get this version of the Sony sound bar for under £130. Older generations can be found for under £100 from John Lewis for the newer model this represents a good deal.
