Cumlodden Drive incident: Police race to Maryhill street after sudden death of woman

Police have this evening raced to a street in Maryhill following the sudden death of a woman.

A spokesperson confirmed police are in the area after being called to Cumlodden Drive shortly before 5.30pm this evening.

Local residents report the street has been shut down and that forensic officers are at the scene in the north of Glasgow.

A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed to Glasgow Live: "Officers were called to an address in Cumlodden Drive at around 5.25pm on Tuesday, 6 April, 2021 following a sudden death of a woman.
