Welcome to the new edition of Cultural Capital, the show where we explore the best of London’s arts and culture in ten quick minutes.
This week, we visit the excellent - if, frankly, highly disturbing - new Paula Rego exhibition at Tate Britain; as they set up for the summer season, we go behind the scenes at the new Central London home for the much-loved cabaret and comedy venue Underbelly.
We’re heading to the National Gallery to look at a stunning Dutch Master in Thing of the Week; and as you all rush to the cinema to watch the long-awaited Black Widow (which I reviewed last week, check it out here), I’ll be looking at a rather more contemplative new documentary about very old men and their beloved dogs, The Truffle Hunters.
Enjoy the show, and have a great weekend!
