A home that featured on a popular Channel 4 property programme is now on the market for £255,000.
The four-bedroom terraced house on Eleanor Street, in Cullercoats, was shown in an episode of Kirstie and Phil's Love It or List It last month.
In the series, hosts Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp go head to head as they battle it out to convince homeowners to either sell their home or refurbish it.
The show featured Mark and Suze Drummond, who were looking for a house with a better layout, a bigger garden and a driveway to park their car.
However, the couple also had emotional ties to their home on the Cullercoats seafront.
During the programme, Kirstie came up with a plan to revamp their property but the couple eventually decided to 'list it'.
Now the house is up for sale with Cooke & Co.
