Unilever Food Solutions invites food entrepreneurs looking for inspiration to Trend Watch Expo 2019, which will take place at S31 Sukhumvit Hotel on June 5, 1-4pm.
The special fair will encourage participants to explore how changes in consumer lifestyles have contributed to changes in food culture, based on a study of food trends by many international institutes.
The research was conducted by Edelman, a leading global communications marketing firm, and concluded that consumer behaviour in 2019 can be associated with food trends in four major ways.
Today's consumers prefer natural foods that keep them fit in a holistic way. They want different blends of ingredients that provide new taste experiences. Modern consumers have more awareness about the ecology and sustainable consumption. Lastly, consumers want to have their voices heard by food entrepreneurs in a bid to help influence social change. According to Unilever Food Solutions, consumer behaviour is a driving mechanism for changes in food trends, and entrepreneurs need to stay active to improve and develop their businesses to respond accordingly.
Held to help food entrepreneurs maintain a business advantage, the event is a perfect opportunity to examine research findings and in-depth analysis on consumer behaviour from around the world in order to come up with a new food ideas in line with consumption trends -- a solution for any restaurant owner to meet customer needs.
