Sept. 30--The Cubs sent playoff tickets to season ticket holders on Wednesday.
The deliveries include cardboard tickets to the wild-card game, the National League Divison Series, the National League Championship Series and the World Series. The tickets are only for games that would be at Wrigley Field.
Unless the Cubs can catch the Pirates in the wild-card race (they are three games behind), the wild-card game will be in Pittsburgh. If the Pirates were to catch the Cardinals for the division title (they are four games behind), the wild-card game would be in St. Louis.
Tickets for the wild-card game and division series range from $45 for upper-deck reserved outfield seating to $160 for club box infield.
LCS ticket prices range from $70 to $250. World Series tickets range from $175 to $350.
If the Pirates host the wild-card game, the Cubs are planning to show the game on the outfield video board at Wrigley Field. But Major League Baseball has yet to approve the event.
