Cubs allow four runs in eighth inning, lose 6-2 to Red Sox

BOSTON _ Cubs rallied from a 2-0 deficit against the Red Sox Sunday night, but a wild pitch from Pedro Strop with the bases loaded in the eighth inning paved the way for four additional runs and a 6-2 Sox win at a chilly Fenway Park. Hanley Ramirez ripped an 85 mph fastball off Kyle Hendricks over the Green Monster in left field for a two-run home run in the first inning.
