CSIR-UGC NET applications open; apply before August 10

CHENNAI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has invited applications for the Joint CSIR-UGC NET examination 2022.

The exam is conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for Lectureship (LS) /Assistant Professor in Indian universities and colleges.

Candidates can now apply for the examination on the official website (csirnet.nta.nic.in). The last date to apply is August 10 till 5pm. However, the fees can be submitted till 11:50pm.

Applicants can make corrections in their application forms through the same online window, which will be open between August 12 and 16.

The application fee is 1,000 for General/EWS category candidates, 500 for OBC-NCL, 250 for SC/ST category and 250 for third gender candidates. PwD candidates are exempt from paying fees.
