Luka Milivojevic could return for Crystal Palace in their final game of the season against Tottenham this weekend.
The Serbian missed the 2-0 defeat to Wolves with a knee injury but after returning to training on Friday could start at Selhurst Park.
Roy Hodgson's side suffered another injury blow with Mamadou Sakho forced off during that defeat at Molineux. The France international is facing a long spell on the sidelines and with James Tomkins still not ready to start.
Cheikhou Kouyate replaced the Frenchman on Monday night but Martin Kelly is also an option having returned to fitness.
Tyrick Mitchell is expected to fill in left-back again with Patrick van Aanholt another injury absentee with Hodgson hinting more youngsters could be handed chances to impress after five academy players were named among the subs against Wolves.
"They’ve been on the bench for a while now," Hodgson said. "The longer you’re on the bench, the closer you come to playing to some extent. The games are coming thick and fast, the players are tiring and it’s getting harder for us to use the same XI 90 minutes after 90 minutes.
"So the younger ones do come into play more and more but we’ll have to wait and see what opportunities come their way because we have another tough opponent."

Predicted Crystal Palace XI (4-3-3): Guaita; Ward, Dann, Kouyate, Mitchell; McArthur, Milivojevic, McCarthy; Townsend, Zaha, Ayew
