Sam Allardyce returns to Selhurst Park this afternoon, looking to get one over on his former club and boost the Baggies’ slim survival chances.
West Brom - who have only one away win to their name in 2020/21 - are currently 19th in the Premier League and eight points adrift of safety with only 10 matches left to play this season, but have tightened things up defensively of late.
Hosts Palace, meanwhile, lie 13th but with a comfortable eight-point buffer to the bottom three despite a 4-1 thrashing at Tottenham last time out that ended their own impressive defensive run.
The return of Wilfried Zaha to the starting XI this afternoon should help Roy Hodgson’s side at the other end of the pitch after a run of four home fixtures without a goal.
Palace have won just one of their last six games, but will be expected to get a positive result here.
