Tottenham travel to Crystal Palace on Sunday for the final game of their Premier League season needing to better Wolves' result against Chelsea to guarantee Europa League qualification.
The north London club have strung together an impressive run of four wins and a draw from their last five games and will look to follow up an emphatic 3-0 win against Leicester with a crucial final day result.
While Tottenham have missed out on a Champions League spot, Arsenal's defeat to Aston Villa on Tuesday confirmed that Jose Mourinho's side will finish above the Gunners for the fourth successive season.
The three-time Premier League winner - who inherited a club in 14th place when he arrived in November - has spoken of his desire for European football, however, and will see anything less as a failure.
As for Palace, they were challenging for a top-10 place prior to the break, but their form has taken a drastic dip since the restart, with seven straight defeats.
Roy Hodgson insists he has been proud of his side's recent performances, and will look to push for a result to conclude the campaign.

Team news
Injured pair Juan Foyth and Tanguy Ndombele are the only two players unavailable for Mourinho.
Dele Alli has returned to full training after recovering from a hamstring injury and may feature, while Eric Dier is once again available having completed his four-match ban.
Palace enter their final game of the season with a host of injuries, particularly in defence, following Mamadou Sakho's hamstring problem sustained at Wolves.
Joining Sakho on the sidelines are both Gary Cahill and Patrick van Aanholt, though James Tomkins has now returned to training.
Finally, Christian Benteke is suspended, while Luka Milivojevic is a doubt after missing out against Wolves with a slight knee complaint.
Prediction: Crystal Palace 0-3 Tottenham
While Palace will want to finish the season with a win, it's Tottenham who have it all to play for going into the final day.
Mourinho will have been delighted by his side's recent displays, but he will demand nothing less than three points in a pivotal encounter.
And with Harry Kane firing once more, he will look to push towards the 20-goal mark if at all possible. It is hard to see anything other than an away win.
Head to head (h2h) history and results
Tottenham have won 31 of their 56 Premier League meetings with Crystal Palace, losing 12 times and drawing on 13 occasions.
And the trend was no different in this season's reverse fixture, with Heung-min Son grabbing a brace in a 4-0 win at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium back in September.
