Crystal Palace vs Tottenham
FA Cup fourth round
Venue: Selhurst Park
Kick-off: 4pm GMT
Tottenham are aiming to avoid being eliminated from two cup competitions in four days as they face Crystal Palace in the FA Cup fourth round on Sunday.
A penalty shootout saw Chelsea reach the EFL Cup final on Thursday evening, prompting fresh concerns over Tottenham's trophy drought, and now Spurs face another London derby to avoid a disaster run.
Spurs have won their previous five games against Palace, at by a 1-0 scoreline, but lost to the Eagles in their previous FA Cup meeting, in the fifth round three seasons ago.
Crystal Palace vs Tottenham line-ups and team news
Crystal Palace XI: Speroni, Ward, Kelly, Dann, Van Holt, Meyer, Kouyate, Schulupp, Townsend, Zaha, Wickham
Tottenham XI: Gazzaniga; Foyth, Sanchez, Vertonghen; Trippier, Skipp, Dier, Walker-Peters; Nkoudou, Lucas; Llorente
Spurs made seven changes - Fernando Llorente was handed another start in attack while Georges-Kevin Nkoudou was named in their starting XI for the first time since January 2017.
Ben Davies and Moussa Sissoko missed out through injury.
Connor Wickham started up front for Crystal Palace but there were no places in the squad for new signings Lucas Perri or Bakary Sako.
Score prediction: Crystal Palace 0-2 Tottenham
Mauricio Pochettino spoke after Thursday's loss of his pride in his squad but another cup exit will surely test his patience despite his team suffering a 37th injury of the campaign.
Crystal Palace are in no fit shakes themselves with their first- and second-choice goalkeepers sidelined so either 39-year-old Julian Speroni will play or new signing Lucas Perri.
Either way, I expect Spurs to have enough advance to the fifth round for the fourth season in a row.
