Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha names Manchester City ace as one of his toughest opponents

Wilfried Zaha has opened up on what makes Manchester City defender Kyle Walker one of his toughest opponents in the Premier League.

The Crystal Palace star often causes plenty of problems for defenders in the Premier League with his pace, trickery and dribbling ability.

He can go past players with ease and make defenders look silly at times, but one player who he says he can struggle to get the better of is Walker.

Speaking to former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand in his Locker Room show on YouTube, Zaha opened up on what makes the Manchester City and England full-back so difficult to play against.

“Kyle Walker is actually rather difficult to get past, because he is strong, he is fast, so you have to think of something else quickly," Zaha said.

Ferdinand then asked if that would force Zaha to switch wings and try to attack on the other side instead, but the Palace ace responded by saying that he enjoyed the battle against a defender like Walker.

“Sometimes, you just think it is me versus you, I have to try and find a way past you," he said.

"He hasn't got that option of switching, so this is my job to try and get past him, even if it is getting a midfielder to come over to try and do a one-two to get past him.”
