Crystal Palace's confirmed squad numbers for the Premier League after summer transfer window

Crystal Palace's squad numbers for the upcoming Premier League season have been confirmed

The Eagles signed five new players this summer, but failed to complete any business on transfer deadline day , with Palace missing out on adding a striker or a full-back to their squad.

But Stephen Henderson, Jordan Ayew, Gary Cahill, Victor Camarasa and James McCarthy have all joined the Eagles, with four of those arriving on permanent deals and Camarasa signing on an initial loan deal.

And all five of them are included in the club's list of squad numbers, which has been confirmed by the Eagles this afternoon (Friday).

Ayew will wear the number nine shirt, which was previously worn by Alexander Sorloth, who has now joined Turkish side Trabzonspor on loan.

Henderson will wear the number 19 shirt, while James McCarthy will wear 22, Victor Camarasa has taken the 23 shirt and Gary Cahill will wear the number 24 shirt, as he did at Chelsea.

All 20 Premier League clubs are required to submit their 25-man squads to the Premier League by 5pm on the day after the transfer deadline, and the league will confirm the squads imminently ahead of the new season.

As expected, Wilfried Zaha is included in Crystal Palace's squad, despite expressing his desire to leave and submitting a transfer request during the transfer window, amid interest from Arsenal and Everton.

The Palace squad numbers are as follows:

Joel Ward - 2

Patrick van Aanholt - 3

Luka Milivojevic - 4

James Tomkins - 5

Scott Dann - 6

Max Meyer - 7

Cheikhou Kouyate - 8

Mamadou Sakho - 12

Wayne Hennessey - 13

Jeffrey Schlupp - 15

Christian Benteke - 17

James McArthur - 18

Stephen Henderson - 19

Connor Wickham - 21

James McCarthy - 22

Victor Camarasa - 23

Gary Cahill - 24

Vicente Guaita - 31

Martin Kelly - 34

Jairo Riedewald - 44
