Crystal Palace ratings as Jairo Riedewald and Wilfried Zaha excel in decisive showings

Vicente Guaita: Not troubled too much in the first half, but was fortunate to see Lookman's strike cannon back off the post and Dann's touch proved vital as Mitrovic attempted to follow up. Could do nothing about Cairney's late strike. 6

Nathaniel Clyne: A tough opening 45 minutes as he had to deal with Lookman and Robinson attacking his flank. Stayed competitive throughout, however. 6

Cheikhou Kouyate: Looked as if he may be in for a busy afternoon with the way the opening few minutes were going, but had a fine game, even switching into midfield towards the end. 7

Scott Dann: Comfortable against Mitrovic for much of the first half, and made a key intervention to stop the striker from scoring. Organised the defence well, making sure Mitchell was picking up his man at all times. 7.

Roy Hodgson previews Fulham vs Crystal Palace

Tyrick Mitchell: Seemed to work well with the experienced Dann. Gave away a couple of cheap free-kicks, though. 6

Andros Townsend: Put in a couple of dangerous crosses in the first half, including one from which Zaha should have done better. His work rate and a great pass for Batshuayi led to the second goal. 7

Luka Milivojevic: Coolness personified in the opening 45 minutes of his first Premier League start this season. Did the simple stuff well. 7

Jairo Riedewald: A great start to the game, opening the scoring after latching onto a pass and finishing deftly. Composed in possession, with Fulham looking to shut him down whenever he got on the ball. Another strong showing in midfield. 8

Jeffrey Schlupp: Often offers as much going forward as in defence, and today was no different. Had an opportunity with a header but couldn't get much power on it. His working back helped out Mitchell throughout. 7

Wilfried Zaha: Played a delightful pass to Riedewald to open the scoring after he saw his own shot saved moments earlier. Was a constant threat in the first half, back to his best and got a deserved goal in the second half, tapping home from close range despite a collision with the post. 8

Michi Batshuayi: Looked more threatening than at points last week. He saw a goal ruled out for offside for the second time in two weeks, before laying one on a platter for Zaha to make it 2-0. Stretched the defence and showed more of what Hodgson will want to see this season. 7

Subs:

Patrick van Aanholt: Looked decent in a small showing after returning from injury.

Eberechi Eze: A nice cameo, that unfortunately saw him suffer a heavy tackle.

Mamadou Sakho: A late change as Riedewald struggled.
