Crystal Palace beat Bournemouth 5-3 on the last day of the 2018/2019 Premier League season.
But the main event took place following the final whistle.
As confirmed earlier in the week, Jason Puncheon and Julian Speroni - two of the longest serving members of the Palace squad - are to leave when their contracts expire at the end of next month.

Neither player was involved at Selhurst Park on Sunday afternoon. The midfielder was technically still on loan at Huddersfield Town so was ineligible to feature, while it was confirmed by Roy Hodgson that Speroni had requested not to play.
"Those sentimental moments are debatable, whether they're the right approach or not," Hodgson told reporters on Friday afternoon. "But certainly I didn't have a decision to make anyway on that front.
"Julian's a consummate professional.
"He made it clear to me we should carry on approaching this game in the professional way we've approached all games this season; that he doesn't see any reason he should be the second goalkeeper or put onto the field of play just because it's the last day of the season."
With that said, both were in attendance to bid an emotional farewell to the Palace supporters and Selhurst Park.
