Crystal Palace in talks to bring Victor Camarasa back to Premier League as Roy Hodgson targets three signings

Crystal Palace are in talks to sign Victor Camarasa on loan from Real Betis as the Eagles target at least three signings before Thursday’s transfer deadline.

Camarasa spent last season on loan at Cardiff but the 25-year-old midfielder returned to Betis after the Welsh side were relegated from the Premier League.

Roy Hodgson is also keen to sign a striker to bolster his forward options after Palace allowed Alexander Sorloth to join Turkish club Trabzonspor on loan.

Palace are also in the market for a new right-back to replace Aaron Wan-Bissaka following his £50million move to Manchester United.

Hodgson has been frustrated that Jordan Ayew and third-choice goalkeeper Stephen Henderson have been Palace's only signings during what has been a disruptive summer at Selhurst Park.

With just three days until the window closes, Wilfried Zaha looks increasingly likely to stay at Palace despite the uncertainty around his future this summer.
