With the January transfer window now officially open, clubs across the capital are looking to strengthen their respective squads for the second-half of the season.

Crystal Palace have secured probably the most remarkable result of the season to date in beating Manchester City but are just four points clear of the relegation zone.

Roy Hodgson is hopeful of additions to ease those concerns with a couple of familiar faces being targeted.

Giuseppe Muro explains what business we can expect from Selhurst Park over the next few weeks for Standard Sport.

The possible loan signing of Dominic Solanke from Liverpool would give Hodgson the goalscorer he has lacked.

Palace have limited funds, but they may bring back Victor Moses from Chelsea, nine years after he left Selhurst Park. Palace remain interested in Ruben Loftus-Cheek if Chelsea loan him out again.

They could cut short Jordan Ayew’s loan from Swansea to allow another loan signing, while Alexander Sorloth may leave on a temporary deal.
