Crystal Palace given big Wilfried Zaha boost ahead of Liverpool clash at Selhurst Park

Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson has confirmed that he has the luxury of a fully-fit squad to choose from for the game against Liverpool tomorrow (Saturday).

There had been some doubt over the fitness of Wilfried Zaha, after he sustained a knock late on in the Eagles' 2-0 defeat against Chelsea prior to the international break, while Joel Ward was substituted in the first half of the game at Stamford Bridge with a groin injury.

But Hodgson has confirmed that both players are fit to face the Premier League leaders in south London tomorrow.

“We have no injuries and a full squad to choose from, which is incredible," he said, speaking at his pre-match press conference.

"To have every player to choose from is fantastic."

Mamadou Sakho was another injury concern for Palace, having not featured since September owing to a muscle strain, but Hodgson had positive news on the Frenchman as well.

"He’s fit. They are all fit, we were concerned about Wilfried Zaha but his foot has improved and we think he will be fit for tomorrow."

As such, Hodgson now has some decisions to make when it comes to his team selection for the visit of Jurgen Klopp's men, who are set to make late calls on the fitness of some of their key players.
