Crystal ball says Ohio State now has a bigger lead to land No. 1 player in the nation

The Ohio State football team got a boost in recruiting when Urban Meyer became the head coach in 2012. Many wondered if Ryan Day could keep the same caliber of players coming to Columbus. So far, Day is exceeding expectations.

OSU already has the No. 2 ranked recruiting class for 2021, but they aren’t done yet still looking to add one more major piece. All eyes are on defensive lineman J.T. Tuimoloau of Eastside Catholic High School in Washington state. Tuimoloua has taken his time with the recruiting process, but experts have had him as a strong lean to the Buckeyes for quite some time.

And now that crystal ball prediction has become even stronger going from 82 percent in favor of Ohio State to 100 percent!

While that is exciting news for Buckeye fans, nothing is ever official until the letter of intent has been signed and Tuimoloua hasn’t committed anywhere just yet. Insiders say that he wants to make official visits to both Ohio State and Alabama, the two front runners to land the services of the No. 1 player in the land according to 247Sports.

It remains to be seen if Tuimoloau will sign on the next official signing day or if he will extend his recruiting process to make sure he gets to make campus visits. Either way, seeing the crystal ball experts become more confident in favor of the Buckeyes is a good sign.
