Crysencio Summerville tips Leeds United ace Wilfried Gnonto for future Ballon d'Or award

Crysencio Summerville has claimed that Leeds United teammate Wilfried Gnonto can win a Ballon d'Or award in the future due to the immense talent he is showing at such a young age.

Gnonto has shown that he is not afraid to take on his opponent at will with his direct running and lightning acceleration making him a formidable addition to the Leeds attacking line-up. Javi Gracia has started the Italian in two of the four Premier League matches that he has been in charge of since his arrival at Elland Road last month.

The 19-year-old has picked up two assists in Leeds' last two games against Brighton and Wolves respectively and will be hoping to repeat the feat during his side's trip to the Emirates to take on Arsenal this Saturday. Gnonto has already shown that he is not afraid of the big occasion with his superb strike against Manchester United inside the first minute at Old Trafford.

Summerville has started the other two Premier League matches under Gracia in place of Gnonto - against Chelsea and Brighton - and the 21-year-old has now tipped his fellow forward to one day have the chance to win the Ballon d'Or - the award for the best football player in the world for that season - such is his potential.

"He's a young player, you can see he's full of talent," he told Dutch outlet Voetbal International. "[It's quite impressive at] a very young age he does what he does. I think that he's a very good asset for the team, and I think that he's even still young enough that he can be a Ballon d'Or winner."
