Crusaders have announced the pre-contract signing of former Northern Ireland Under 21 midfielder Robbie Weir.
Weir has signed a two-year deal with the Shore Road men.
The 31-year-old was recently with Waterford in the League of Ireland.
Crusaders said on Twitter: "Crusaders are pleased to announce the pre-contract signing of Robbie Weir who will be with us for 2 years. Robbie played for Waterford in the LOI last season after a great career in England. Pics to follow. Welcome Robbie to Seaview."
Weir played for Larne during his early career before moving across the water where he had spells with clubs including Sunderland, Tranmere Rovers, Burton Albion, Leyton Orient and Chesterfield.
Weir - who had been linked with both Coleraine and Ballymena United - joined Waterford from Chesterfield in July this year but is now back in the Irish League.
