Under discussion will be the future role of the London Development Agency, the hoped-for 2012 Olympic Games sporting legacy and mayor Johnson's economic recovery action plan, to be explained by policy director Anthony Browne. Will anyone ask Browne if he still thinks London - indeed Britain as a whole - would benefit from tighter curbs on immigration or if he agrees with his boss that caps on immigrant numbers would be undesirable? I do hope so.
