Cruise drugs bust case: 2 more get bail

MUMBAI: Two more accused arrested in the cruise drugs bust case have been granted by the special Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act court.

These two accused persons include an alleged drug peddler and a guest.

While Nigerian national, Okoro Uzeoma was granted bail on Saturday, cruise guest Vikrant Chhokar was granted the relief on Monday.

Both the accused persons had been in jail since their arrests in the case in October when the drug bust case had happened.

So far, 18 of the 20 arrested accused persons have been granted bail in the cruise drugs bust case.

The detailed order copies on the bail pleas of the two accused are yet to be made available.
