Cruel woman dumps plastic bag filled with seven tiny PUPPIES in bin in 30C heat

Horrifying footage shows a woman dumping a plastic bag filled with PUPPIES in a bin during sweltering heat.

It happened in Coachella, California, on Thursday, and she is now being hunted by police.

Seven tiny dogs were found inside the bin, and it is thought they would not have survived much longer in 30C heat.

A man identified as John discovered the pups as he rummaged in the bin.

The Riverside County Animal Services said: "If not for the Good Samaritan's actions, the puppies may not have survived much longer.

"The mid-day temperatures in Coachella on Thursday were in the mid-90s range."

Commander Chris Mayer said a case is being built against the woman, CNN reports.

He said: "There is no excuse for dumping puppies.

"Especially in today's age when we or other shelters would be willing to get these animals to foster parents or rescue partners. This was a shameful act."
