Cruden Homes has appointed Rory Stephens as its senior land & development manager in the east of Scotland.
The qualified Chartered Surveyor joins from Chris Stewart Group where he was senior land and development manager.
Stephens, who previously worked in corporate real estate at Lloyds Banking Group, will source new opportunities in bespoke private residential development, mixed tenure regeneration and affordable housing.
He joins Barry Woods, who was recently named as land & development manager at Cruden Homes, having previously held the role of project management surveyor.
Other recent new recruits at Cruden Group including contracts manager Kyle Rowley contracts manager Richard Low, project manager John McDonald, site manager Andrew Graham and assistant site managers Neil McGhie and Andrew Black.
