Fraser Lynes has been promoted as managing director of housebuilder Cruden Homes (West).
The qualified quantity surveyor has been with Cruden Group for over 12 years, starting as development surveyor and most recently holding the role of land and development director.
In his new role, Lynes will become a board member of the Cruden Group Development Board, alongside Steven Simpson, MD of Cruden Homes (East).
Kevin Reid, chief executive of the Cruden Group, said: “Fraser brings a wealth of experience and diverse skills within the property sector to this role. Together with identifying new development opportunities for public sector clients, Fraser will drive forward plans to expand the Group’s offering for private housing, build to rent housing and retirement housing right across the West of Scotland.”
Lynes said: “I look forward to working with my colleagues as we build upon very solid foundations. It’s an exciting time for Cruden Homes in the west as we expand our product offering to new clients and enter into new market sectors.”
