A Midlothian park and ride car park was taken over by car enthusiasts who took turns pulling stunts during a 'meet up' over the weekend.
Footage shows Sheriffhall Park and Ride, used by Edinburgh commuters, rammed with motorists showing off their modified motors during a late night get together, leaving a cloud of smoke in their wake and tyre marks on the tarmac
The spot has become a popular destination for enthusiasts to show off their vehicles, as a video uploaded to TikTok shows dozens of locals standing around multiple cars revving their engines.

The video also shows multiple cars 'drag racing' as they speed past each other up and down the car park during the organised event.
Another shot captured flames coming from one car's exhaust before it races into the distance. The huge car park is situated near the busy Sheriffhall roundabout in Danderhall.
In May 2022, we reported on a similar car meet, with the whole car park engulfed in smoke and several areas of tarmac left permanently damaged by tyre marks.
At the time, one furious local resident said: "It was yet again carnage, with the admin team promoting burnouts and dangerous behaviour. Filming it and cheering it.
"Clearly not learnt their lesson from the last meet. If anything they got more of a buzz."
Pictures taken within the same car park last year show huge crowds gathering to watch older modified cars race each other around a makeshift track.
