Police are hunting a crook who stole a woman’s phone while she was having a seizure.

The woman, in her 20s, suffered the seizure outside Selly Oak station in Birmingham when another woman, posing as a Good Samaritan, came over to “help”.

The suspect instead took the phone from the victim's pocket and put it in her own.

The victim was then taken to hospital by an ambulance.
