Croke Park set for Dublin v Mayo All-Ireland semi-final double header

Croke Park will stage a Dublin-Mayo double-header on Saturday week as the ladies All-Ireland football semi-final has been paired with the men’s.

The men’s semi-final throws-in at 6pm while the ladies equivalent will get underway at 3.45pm to allow for the possibility of extra time and free kicks to determine a winner.

The GAA has also confirmed details for the under-20 All-Ireland finals in both codes.

The hurling final between Cork and Galway was originally scheduled for this coming Saturday but a Covid-19 outbreak in the Cork camp forced the entire group into isolation. It has now been refixed for Tuesday, August 17 at Semple Stadium with a 7.30pm throw-in.

The under-20 football final will be the curtain raiser for Sunday week’s Kerry-Tyrone All-Ireland senior semi-final. Offaly have already qualified for the decider, which will throw in at 1pm, with the other semi-final between Down and Roscommon taking place this Saturday evening.
