CCTV footage has captured the moment a couple were attacked by a 6ft crocodile in a swmming pool.
The man and woman looked to be enjoying a late-night swim when the reptile slowly snuck out from the shadows before darting into the water.
The man can be seen immediately jumping to safety, leaving his partner to fend off the animal alone.
The woman backs away to the other side of the pool after the crocodile first attacks her from behind.
Her companion finally returns to try and distract the creature, but it lunges at the woman before appearing to bite her for a second time on the arm.
She eventually manages to pull herself free before jumping out and leaving the animal alone in the water.
The attack reportedly took place in Zimbabwe on Thursday, according to the CCTV footage first uploaded to YouTube.
It is unclear how badly either were harmed, but both were seen to walk away from the ordeal. The crocodile's status is also unknown.
